Launch of New Name
Towards the end of 2007, Ashtenne Residential Limited, parent company of Enterprise Heritage and Enterprise Urban, changed its name to Enterprise Property Group Limited (EPGL).
AT EPGL over the last decade, we have developed two aspects of the business, promoted under Enterprise Heritage and Enterprise Urban and we plan to continue on an aggressive growth pattern over the coming years. This growth will be fuelled not only by developing larger schemes, but also by expanding our area of operation.
Enterprise Heritage (EH) concentrates its activities in the northern home counties of Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Leicestershire and parts of East Anglia, and will continue to build upon its reputation of delivering quality bespoke dwellings. In addition, we have established a presence in the North East and Scotland with Enterprise Heritage (Northern). Our aim is to find development prospects that focus on both new-build and conversion, and deliver quality residential and mixed-use developments throughout the regions identified.
Enterprise Urban (EU) has carried out a number of major inner-city projects over the last five years throughout England, and we are currently delivering schemes in Liverpool, Glasgow and Chester. EU provides us with the opportunity to apply our principles of good design and quality construction to inner-city schemes and urban regeneration in locations farther afield.
The delivery of our Business Plan not only relies on everyone at EPGL who are directly involved in implementing the plan, but also all those who we work with in carrying out the development process, from inception to disposal, and we look forward to working closely together to our mutual benefit in the future.

A Memorable Day for Old Endsleighans
The special preview of our LEXDEN GRANGE development in Colchester held on 21 April for Old Endsleighans was a huge success.
Between 200 and 300 people turned up for a last chance to visit the building once occupied by Endsleigh House School, now converted into 10 unique apartments, before the new residents move in.
Assorted memorabilia - ranging from copies of the school magazine, Phoenix, to pupils' school reports - kindly loaned for the occasion by several ex-pupils was pored over with great interest and enthusiasm as memories of a bygone era were shared.
Many thanks to everyone who attended and to Fenn Wright for all their hard work in organising the event.
